Job summary

Audubon is currently seeking a Project Engineer to join Audubon\'s project execution team. The Project Engineer\'s primary function will be to manage and oversee the technical aspects of multi-discipline execution teams and projects.

The Project Engineer will be accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering (or higher) is required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience and field construction experience.
• Experience as the lead engineer on medium and large multi-discipline projects.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates exemplary communication and organizational skills.
• Understands, follows, and enforces SEP's.
• Ensures proper sign-off on all deliverables issued and spot checks for proper checking.
• Ensures deliverables are issued on schedule.
• Prepares change order requests and coordinates change order estimates.
• Reviews or creates meeting minutes from project meetings.
• Responsible for project status reports.
• Manages project action item list, RFI list, close-out punch list, etc.
• May facilitate internal and external project meetings.
• Coordinates MOC efforts.
• Develops/adjusts project support team workflow processes.
• Facilitates multi-disciplinary communication.
• Resolves project audit deficiencies.
• Administers development and issuance of project specs.
• Resolve day to day project issues/emergencies.
