Job summary

BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale facility modernization and expansion projects at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant. You will deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while leading a cross-functional team and communicating with executive leadership and government customers.

• Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale (> $100M) complex Capital Investment projects, ensuring timely, budgeted, and quality delivery.
• Profit and Loss Management: Manage project finances, ensuring budget adherence and financial target achievement.
• Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to executive leadership and government customers on project status, progress, and issues.
• Sub-contractor and Supplier Management: Oversee sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements and quality standards are met.
• Project Planning and Control: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $108787 - $184937

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
