Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with 4 years’ experience, or 8 years’ construction-related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supports Project Manager on cost and schedule management, including monthly billings and earned value reports.
• Develops critical path schedules for one medium to large project or multiple smaller projects.
• Analyzes targets, job cost summaries, and other reports; reviews change orders with the Project Manager.
