Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with project administration on multiple small to mid-size projects.
• Support cost control, scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure resource alignment and safety.
• Prepare and review constructability evaluations, RFIs, and change orders.
• Support procurement planning, vendor selects, and purchase orders.
• Assist in project turnover, closeout documentation, and lessons learned.
