Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience or advanced degrees with corresponding experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage scope/budget on complex projects.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with clients and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Apply senior-level engineering design and calculations across disciplines.
• Lead scope planning, work distribution, and adherence to schedule and budget on complex projects.
• Assist in marketing and proposal generation for new opportunities.
• Develop scope of work and manage multi-discipline teams on large projects.
• Provide technical guidance and review deliverables for accuracy and quality.
