Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial construction, engineering or project management.
• Industrial Refrigeration knowledge required.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Technical knowledge of ammonia refrigeration is a plus.
• Knowledge of CO2 refrigeration / HVAC systems is a plus.
• Project management disciplines incl. plan, Gantt, CPM.
• PMP is a plus.
• Understanding of OSHA / EPA requirements.
• Ability to estimate, quote, and sell new business for a profit.
• Willing to engage customers and secure opportunities.

• Develop new business and manage client relationships.
• Form solutions and propose effective cooling/refrigeration systems.
• Sell projects and manage contract scopes.
