Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ work experience in construction or engineering, vertical construction preferred.
• 2+ years' experience managing engineers and project subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Perform Contract Compliance, quality control & Field Oversight of subcontractors on the project.
• Develop understanding of contract plans and specifications.
• Inspect field conditions to identify problems, inaccuracies, and potential cost-saving measures.
• Take corrective actions to resolve field issues and ensure compliance with documents.
• Project Scheduling & Coordination using master schedule and scheduling software.
• Document Control & Change Management including project closeout.
• Cost Forecasting & Financial Planning with monthly projections.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and project staff.
