Job summary
W-Industries of Texas, LLC is seeking an Industrial Automation Senior Project Engineer to lead the engineering effort on complex industrial and energy projects. You will translate client needs into technical proposals, supervise design and calculations, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
You will mentor engineers, drive value engineering, and coordinate with field teams to ensure proper implementation and project
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering is required.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in project engineering for industrial, energy, or automation projects.
- Experience managing complex, multi-discipline engineering deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and oversee engineering aspects of proposals and projects.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals and SOWs.
- Review engineering designs, calculations, and documentation for compliance.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and lead design reviews.
- Collaborate with project managers on work plans, resources, and schedules.
