Sterling Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects in Salt Lake City, UT. You will lead budgeting, resource planning, and contract administration to ensure delivery within scope and on time.

The role requires extensive experience with large-scale facilities, blueprints, RFIs, change orders, and submittals, with a focus on safety, quality, and client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or equivalent combinations of technical training, and/or related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing/supervising less experienced project engineers.
• A minimum of 5 years building large wastewater treatment facilities or large water tanks.
• A minimum of 5 years reading blueprints and specs for large commercial concrete structures.
• A minimum of 5 years responding to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community.
• A minimum of 5 years RFIs, change orders, and submittals experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all phases of the construction project timeline.
• Manage budgeting and resources needed for the project.
• Handle all contract-related finances, invoicing, and related billing.
• Coordinate communications between Contractors and Sub-Contractors.
• Conduct site visits and regular status meetings with sub-teams.
• Ensure activities move according to schedule and compliance with specs.
