Responsibilities

• Develop engineering designs, material specs, and project cost estimates.
• Ensure designs meet standards and validate field work; create as-built drawings.
• Review engineering submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage project execution by directing vendors and contractors.
• Coordinate project schedules with plant personnel, vendors, and contractors.
• Plan layouts with vendors to meet utility requirements.
• Review consultant work and maintain documentation (drawings, specs, contacts).
• Plan and review during pre-project phases; define scope of work and proposals.
• Submit regular reports to management on project status.
• Manage contract administration and bid packages.
• Prepare project documents and monitor installations to meet specs and budget.
