Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering designs, material specs, and cost estimates.
• Ensure designs meet standards and validate field work.
• Review engineering submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Direct vendors and contractors to manage project execution.
• Coordinate project schedules with plant personnel and vendors.
• Plan layouts with vendors to meet utility requirements.
• Review consultant work and maintain documentation.
• Conduct planning and reviews during pre-project phases.
• Define scope of work and prepare proposals.
• Submit reports to management on project status.
• Manage contract administration and bid packages.
• Prepare project documents and monitor installations within budget.
