• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong design, development, and implementation abilities.
• Ability to apply engineering principles to operational issues and scheduling.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering designs, material specs, and project cost estimates.
• Ensure designs meet codes and validate field work; create as-built drawings.
• Review engineering submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Direct vendors and contractors to manage project execution.
• Coordinate project schedules with plant personnel, vendors, and contractors.
• Plan layouts with vendors/contractors to meet utility requirements.
• Review consultant work and maintain project documentation and contacts.
• Conduct planning and reviews during pre-project phases.
• Define scope of work, prepare and evaluate proposals.
• Submit regular status reports to management and manage contracts.
