Job summary

CAE USA Inc. in Tampa, Florida, is seeking experienced Project Engineers to lead the development of simulators that replicate aircraft and vehicle platforms.

You will own programs from procurement to delivery of a 35,000-pound motion-based simulator, coordinating with a multi-discipline team to meet safety and performance goals. The role requires a BS in an engineering discipline, 5+ years of project leadership, and US citizenship for DoD contracts.

Qualifications

• BS in an engineering discipline is required.
• 5+ years of project leadership experience in hardware/software.
• U.S. citizenship required for DoD contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team with a positive attitude and drive execution.
• Own SAFe lifecycle and define Features/Epics for PI planning.
• Coordinate software releases with SCCB and CM teams.
• Communicate with Product Owners and engineers; adapt plans as needed.
• Present to customers and suppliers; manage customer technical matters.
