Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs, surveys, and data input to support progress reporting.
• Oversee trade contractor work per project schedule.
• Manage subcontract administration and change orders.
• Maintain project document control and RFI/shop drawings.
• Assist with tender packages and subcontract issuance.
• Support site inspections and ensure safety compliance.
