PCL Industrial Construction Co. is seeking a Sr. Field Engineer in Houston, TX to bridge design and field execution. You will guide teams, review drawings, manage subcontractors and support commissioning, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in construction operations, a related degree or certification, and strong communication and planning skills. This role offers employee ownership and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires 4-7 years in construction in an operational role.
• Construction management or engineering degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of HSE, quality, and building materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs and surveys to track progress.
• Coordinate with trades and provide day-to-day direction.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and administer subcontracts.
• Review drawings with designers/engineers and suggest alternatives.
• Support commissioning and pre-commissioning activities.
• Assist with change management and cost/schedule impacts.
