The ideal candidate has 10+ years of engineering experience in EW/defense, hands-on leadership, and a strong background in electronics, firmware, and system-level troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required for DoD/defense environment.
• 10+ years of engineering/project engineering experience leading complex hardware programs.
• Experience with electronics, firmware, and system-level troubleshooting in EW/defense.

Responsibilities

• Own sustainment and repair lifecycle for fielded hardware systems.
• Coordinate troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and repair actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams across systems, electrical, mechanical, and test.
• Ensure on-time delivery and assess repair status with stakeholders.
