You will collaborate with diverse teams to troubleshoot, test, and document hardware issues across the product lifecycle. The role emphasizes system- and subassembly-level support, tooling, configuration management, and root-cause investigations, with travel up to 10% and potential for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or related field; 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; in lieu of a degree, 8+ years of related experience.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, test, analyze, and document production and sustainment hardware issues (EW systems, RF receivers/transmitters, antennas).
• Support test stations/benches, coordinate across engineering, operations, supply chain, and program management.
• Review changes, substitutions, deviations, obsolescence impacts on CCA functionality, interfaces, and system performance.
• Assist with nonconformance investigations, action closure, and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Analyze production/test data to identify defects and yield improvements.
