The Company
Resource Services Group X is a leading provider of innovative, integrated ME&I solutions in the Oil & Gas, Mining, and Infrastructure industries in Australia and abroad.

About the Role

Reporting into the Project Manager, you will play a key role in client interface and engagement for work packages, technical queries, QA/QC, and engineering.

This position will be FIFO from Australian capital cities to Pilbara, WA on a 19 days on/9 days off roster.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor compliance of the project to ensure industry codes and practices are adhered to, quality assurance policies are followed, and performance standards are met.
2. Identify and resolve scope discrepancies, provide technical support, and manage scope change control.
3. Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
4. Monitor quality and quantity of incoming equipment and materials.
5. Manage QA/QC systems.
6. Support the Project Manager and Site Team in preparing accurate monthly reports.
7. Participate in planning and forecasting of budgets and timelines.
8. Check work drawings, construction, and specifications against site plans and conditions, and arrange corrections or modifications where necessary.
9. Generate technical queries and requests for information.
10. Compile and maintain required engineering registers and document management systems.
11. Collaborate with site-based personnel including supervisory staff, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, consultants, the client, regulatory authorities, and industry bodies.

About You

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Previous site-based and in-field experience in Electrical Construction works while working for the Installation/Construction Contractor.
• Background in E&I works (from cable pulling to wiring terminations).
• Proven experience with managing QA/QC systems.
• Experience with Navisworks and 3D models.
• Good communication skills, ability to interface with the client team.
