Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in construction engineering or project engineering.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews moderately complex technical aspects of construction projects to ensure adherence to design and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinates with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve moderately complex technical challenges.
• Reviews and provides feedback on construction drawings, submittals, and change orders for accuracy and alignment with project goals.
• Supports the implementation of project controls, including schedule tracking and cost monitoring.
• Prepares and presents progress reports and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identifies and mitigates risks on projects through field analysis and engineering solutions.
• Supports less experienced project team members in resolving moderately complex project issues and provides technical expertise on safety and quality standards.
