Marine Solutions Inc. in Tennessee is seeking a Senior Project Engineer Diver to lead and coordinate assigned engineering activities on complex projects, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project procedures.

You will plan, schedule, and communicate across disciplines to deliver safe, reliable outcomes. The role requires PE and ADCI Diver, a Bachelor's or Master’s in civil/structural/ocean engineering, 4+ years of experience, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Good technical knowledge in area of practice.
• Proficient in computer-assisted engineering and office software.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Directs and/or performs field inspection and evaluation of structures.
• Directs and/or performs testing of materials and reports results.
• Performs complex engineering computations.
• Prepares comprehensive engineering documents.
• Supervises project engineers, technicians, drafters, and staff.
• Participates in project meetings and resolves issues.
• Assists with planning, scheduling, forecasting, and quality.
• Assists with client management, proposals, scoping, and cost estimating.
• Promotes a safe work culture.
