Job summary

Mars is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead the design and installation of projects across multiple sites. The role involves acting as a senior member of the engineering and project teams, driving technical execution, and delivering value to the business.

Based out of Gainesville, GA, Jackson, TN, Cary, NC or Battle Creek, MI, this position requires strong engineering fundamentals and about half of travel. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in a comparable technical role in related industries.
• Familiarity with process, packaging, electrical, construction or CM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and installation of projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with engineering community, site teams and project teams.
• Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Support continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Promote safety, security and environmental compliance.
