Job summary

Mars is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead the design and installation of projects. You will be a senior member of the Engineering community and cross-functional project teams at Battle Creek, MI or other listed sites.

The role requires a degree in Engineering, 5+ years in a technical position, and the ability to travel around 50% depending on project demands. You will contribute to safe, efficient project execution and environmental compliance within a fast-paced food/beverage or related

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a comparable technical position - food, beverage, pharmaceutical or related industry preferable.
Proficiency in understanding of engineering principals - knowledge of engineering disciplines: Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction or Construction Management.
In-depth understanding of designated functional engineering area of expertise - Process or Packaging.
Ability to travel approximately 50% or more depending on project demands.
