Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
3–7 years of experience managing construction projects ($5 + million) ideally design‑build.
Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.
Previous experience leading a successful project management team.
Ability to walk a job site, climb ladders, and access multi‑floor scaffolding.
Ability to lift objects of at least 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
Provide high-level support to project staff to ensure quality and timely execution.
Participate with project team in development of a Project Chart of Accounts.
Coordinate with the Project Superintendent on development of a project site logistics plan.
Oversee the submittal, change order, and pay request process.
Contribute to schedule and project close-out processes.
