Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost coding systems.
• Familiarity with estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of budgets, schedules, cost accounting, and contracts.
• Manage shop drawing coordination and RFI generation.
• Support Project Managers in executing project-specific quality plans.
