Qualifications

• 4 years of experience with commercial construction.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools, estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in owner/client sales presentations.
• Support design development, budget preparation and project scheduling.
• Share job cost responsibility and keep supervisor informed.
• Prepare and control budget, schedule and bid documents; help negotiate subcontracts and project profit projections.
• Facilitate jobsite coordination meetings and prepare job status reports.
• Close-out duties including final cost, punch list, final billing and fee collection.
