Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will help manage budgets, schedules, and procurement, coordinating drawings, RFIs, and vendor activity on commercial construction projects.

The role requires a 2–4 year track record in commercial construction and a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering/management. Travel may be required as projects vary by location and scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering/management required.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost coding systems.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project procurement through subcontractor RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Assist in coordinating budgets and schedules for small projects under supervision.
• Coordinate shop drawings and field verifications; track RFIs and ASIs.
• Attend weekly construction meetings; prepare agendas and minutes.
