Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of engineering experience; Graduate Degree and minimum 4 years; in lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of related experience in Project Engineering.
• Experience in Aerospace and Defense industry.
• Experience with government customers.
• Experience with bids and proposals.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System.
• Experience leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, including cost and schedule generation and management.
• Ability to collaborate with Operations, Quality, PM, and Business Development across the organization.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• CAM experience.
• Leading New Product Introduction Gate Reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering execution of assigned projects through all phases of the product lifecycle.
• Plan and estimate staffing, budget, and schedules; manage risk and opportunities.
• Drive decisions and lead project teams to required capability and delivery.
• Communicate with leadership, customers, and suppliers to ensure alignment and success.
