The role emphasizes strong communication and risk analysis in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The position requires a BS ME, 10+ years of engineering experience focused on mechanical design, and leadership in projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of engineering experience with a focus on mechanical design.
• Experience with pumping systems and plumbing.
• 3+ years of technical project leadership experience.
• Proficiency in PLM and MRP software.
• Strong understanding of temperature, pressure, and flow sensors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical pumping and cooling systems, particularly for data centers.
• Lead new product development teams, ensuring successful project execution.
• Utilize engineering tools such as PLM and MRP software to enhance project outcomes.
• Conduct total system testing and debugging to ensure high quality and reliability.
• Independently prioritize and manage work based on project requirements.
• Solve technical problems, analyze system risks, and make informed recommendations.
• Coordinate engineering activities and drive project timelines and deliverables.
