Job summary

Fleet Data Centers is seeking a Sr. Project Engineer to own coordination, readiness, and closure for assigned scopes across data center projects. You will report to the Construction Manager or Sr. Construction Manager and work with CSA, MEP, BTM/Substation/BESS teams to drive issues to resolution.

This role reduces leadership blind spots, anticipates risks, mentors Project Engineers, and bridges project controls and construction management to keep owner visibility decision-ready.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in construction, project engineering, or project controls.
• Ability to drive coordination across multiple stakeholders on large-scale, fast-tracked projects.
• Procore and MS Office proficiency; familiarity with construction scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Own coordination, readiness, and closure for assigned scopes across internal and external parties.
• Maintain owner decision, clarification, and commitment tracking; identify stalled items and highlight business impact of unresolved issues.
• Mentor Project Engineers and improve controls and coordination discipline across the team.
• Report status, trends, and open risks to leadership.
