Agropur is seeking a Sr. Project Engineer to lead capital projects across Eden Prairie, MN; Hull, IA; Lake Norden, SD; Le Sueur, MN. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, develop scope, estimates, vendor selection, and execution plans, while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires 5–10 years in large capital projects and a engineering degree, with strong collaboration and problem‑solving skills. Travel and cross‑site coordination are involved.

Qualifications

5–10 years experience in large capital project engineering or project management.
Experience in dairy, food, or sanitary processes preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Strong collaboration and safety focus.

Responsibilities

Apply company methodologies and enforce project standards.
Minimize expenses and risks of project.
Enforce safety standards and construction best practices.
Track and report team hours and expenses.
Prepare process designs, equipment specifications and capital estimates.
Coordinate implementation, write technical specifications, prepare plans and quotes.
