• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in CZ crystal growth, ingot cropping, slicing, slug prep and testing operations.
• Proficiency with CAD software and engineering tools.
• Willingness to travel internationally to collaborate with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed project plans with scope, goals, budgets and timelines.
• Connect design and implementation teams to meet specifications.
• Manage project budget and track expenses; schedule tasks to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations; perform site inspections.
• Provide engineering guidance throughout project lifecycle and troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams, vendors and clients; drive process improvements.
