Job summary

Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company, is seeking a Crystal Growth Operator to join the quality production group. You will grow crystals, inspect parts, and ensure customer specifications are met. Proficiency with ERP data entry and adherence to safety policies are essential to success.

The role supports lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives, with a D shift of 6pm - 6am. A GED or high school diploma and at least one year of relevant crystal growing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in crystal growing.
• Ability to interpret instructions and work with data accurately.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Grow crystals as part of a quality production group and verify customer requirements.
• Operate crystal puller to specifications and inspect finished parts.
• Enter quality data into ERP and complete paperwork timely.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Follow safety policies and support lean manufacturing/5S initiatives.
