SHINE Technologies LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Project Engineer - Continuous Improvement to blend technical analysis with organizational leadership, diagnosing engineering execution and leading cross-functional improvement projects.

The role owns process health, creates metrics and dashboards, and partners with Engineering, Project Controls, HR, and Leadership to drive root-cause solutions and staffing plans for on-time delivery across Chrysalis programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree a plus.
8+ years in engineering execution and process improvement.
Experience with engineering change control in regulated environments.
Strong organizational and executive communication skills.
Experience budgeting and staffing for engineering teams.
PM concepts and project scheduling, budgets, and resources.

Responsibilities

Assess how engineering work flows; identify stalls, quality slips, and rework.
Lead structured improvement projects using rigorous problem solving (Six Sigma/DMAIC).
Redesign and implement improved processes, workflows, and tools with cross-functional teams.
Build and maintain metrics and dashboards for engineering health.
Represent leadership priorities in cross-functional forums; track commitments and surface risks.
Develop staffing plans aligned with project schedules and milestones.
Coach engineers and leads to build problem-solving capability.
