The role focuses on planning and coordinating technical initiatives to complete projects on time and within budget, researching compliance, and refining implementations for project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of related construction experience in scheduling, field supervision, procurement, and knowledge of production throughout all phases of construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical engineering initiatives to meet budget and schedule.
• Research compliance regulations and develop project implementation plans.
• Adjust specifications as needed for project components.
• Support PM with subcontractor prequalification and bid evaluation.
• Develop value-oriented options for cost savings and constructibility.
• Own RFI, submittal log, and progress tracking processes.
• Monitor safety compliance and assist with permit submissions.
