Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of construction management or land development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to solve problems with professional judgment, creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Oversee the construction administration process from pre-construction through project closeout.
• Evaluate sites and projects to identify risks and unknown conditions.
• Review shop drawings and submittals.
• Perform site visits and construction observations.
• Provide phasing and constructability analysis and support.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and Bohler design teams.
