Job summary

Bohler's Herndon office (Mid-Atlantic) seeks a Civil Project Manager to lead construction administration for large, complex land development projects. You will own delivery from pre-construction through closeout, serving as the primary client and contractor contact, and ensure project profitability.

You will manage budgets, proposals, change orders, and coordination with design teams, Bohler’s Technical Resource Group, and in-house counsel.

• Shape project strategy by finalizing scopes, planning staffing and resources, and guiding execution.
• Provide construction insight by evaluating site conditions, risks, phasing, constructability, and safety.
