Job summary

KALCON is seeking a self-starting Sr. Project Engineer/Assistant CM in Shippingport, PA to coordinate ongoing construction projects. You'll manage submittals, change orders, and design coordination while collaborating closely with contractors.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Construction Management and at least 2-3 years of project coordination experience. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in assisting or supervising construction projects is required.
• Experience in CSA and MEP construction management is preferred.
• Contract preparation experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in contract and purchase order processing for vendors.
• Ensure project compliance with document controls.
• Administer project commissioning and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate with construction manager on monthly financial updates.
