Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Senior Quality Coordinator for an in-person project in Shippingport, PA. This full-time role supports the Quality team, coordinating inspections, documentation, and commissioning activities with trade partners and owner representatives.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of construction-focused experience and a degree in construction management or engineering, with proficiency in MS Office and construction software.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of office or field construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS-based software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Certifications preferred but not required (ICC, ACI, ASNT, AWS, NICET).

Responsibilities

• Implementation and management of the project quality control program and daily quality procedures.
• Coordinate with internal and external team members for document review and implementation.
• Oversee inspections with trade partners to ensure checklist accuracy.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications for errors and resolution.
• Manage inspection documentation and project workflows to support commissioning dates.
• Lead weekly quality walks and meetings with field and office staff.
