Responsibilities

• Oversee RFIs/submittals workflow and drive timely turnaround.
• Own specific project scopes (e.g., concrete, interiors, site, MEP support).
• Assist PM with buyout, leveling, exhibits, and vendor coordination.
• Track cost events, change documentation, and billing support.
• Mentor PEs and help set the pace for project admin excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as PE (or equivalent) on commercial/industrial/multifamily work.
• Strong knowledge of subcontracts, scopes, and construction documentation.
• Procore + Bluebeam experience preferred.
• High ownership mindset; can push items to closure without hand-holding.
• Comfortable working with field leaders and subs daily.
