Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Senior Project Engineer with 3+ years of commercial construction experience. The role involves supporting schedules, cost control, change orders and document control on healthcare, higher education, technology, life sciences and commercial projects.

The successful candidate will coordinate with the project team, owners and subcontractors, maintain logs, and ensure safety and quality standards while advancing project goals.

Qualifications

• We require 3+ years of project engineer experience in commercial construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field.
• Proficient with project controls, scheduling, cost tracking and submittal processes.
• Strong collaboration with designers, engineers, owners and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support project schedules and monitor progress to reduce delays.
• Assist with change orders, submittals, RFIs and document control.
• Coordinate with field staff, project accountants and office team.
• Prepare agendas, minutes and action items for meetings.
• Support cost control and owner billing processes.
