Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a project engineer in commercial construction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with project documentation and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist the superintendent and project manager in executing DPR policies.
• Organize duties of project staff and provide direction and feedback.
• Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules with the superintendent.
• Prepare and maintain document control logs: daily reports, submittals, RFIs, change orders.
• Distribute drawings and project information to owners, subs, and vendors.
• Support cost control and owner billing processes.
