Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a senior project manager with a minimum of 10 years of commercial construction experience. You will be responsible for day-to-day execution, project controls, cost, risk and business management of a project within healthcare, higher education, advanced technology, life sciences and commercial markets.

You will lead the project team, mentor engineers, manage budgets and scheduling, and ensure successful completion with strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong cost control, scheduling, and cash flow management skills.
• Proficient in Prolog, CMIC, Primavera and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution and project controls.
• Manage project team and coordinate with owner and architect.
• Mentor engineers and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare monthly status reports and cash flow management.
