Qualifications

• Experience leading onsite meetings and documenting meeting notes.
• Experience on commercial construction projects; PE license is a plus.

Are you a seasoned Project Engineer with a knack for managing construction projects seamlessly? Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for seeing projects through from inception to completion? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Permanent Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, including submittals, process submittals, change orders, material coordination, onsite meetings, meeting notes, and commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Reviewing and processing submittals and change orders.
• Coordinating material procurement and delivery to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects.
• Organizing and conducting onsite meetings with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
• Documenting meeting notes and ensuring all relevant information is communicated to all project stakeholders.
• Ensuring all construction activities comply with commercial construction standards and regulations.
• Identifying potential project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the Construction industry.
• Proficient knowledge of submittals, process submittals, change orders, and material coordination.
• Strong experience in conducting onsite meetings and documenting meeting notes.
• Extensive experience in commercial construction projects.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools.
• A valid professional engineer's license would be a plus.
