Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Engineer on commercial construction projects.
• Able to own RFIs, submittals, and meeting documentation with minimal oversight.
• Based in or willing to work in the north Denver metro area.

Responsibilities

• Manage the RFI and submittal process, keeping logs current and responses moving to the field and subcontractors.
• Participate in job walks and help the project team spot and resolve field issues early.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on documentation, schedule, and open items.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes for owner, subcontractor, and internal meetings.
• Support the project manager and superintendent with day-to-day administration across active projects.
