Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 5+ years of project engineering experience, strong PM skills, and proficiency with project management software. PE license is a plus.

Are you a seasoned Project Engineer with a knack for managing construction projects seamlessly? Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for seeing projects through from inception to completion? The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, including submittals, process submittals, change orders, material coordination, onsite meetings, meeting notes, and commercial construction.

• Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Reviewing and processing submittals and change orders.

• Documenting meeting notes and ensuring all relevant information is communicated to all project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the Construction industry.
• Proficient knowledge of submittals, process submittals, change orders, and material coordination.
• Strong experience in conducting onsite meetings and documenting meeting notes.
• Extensive experience in commercial construction projects.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools.
• A valid professional engineer's license would be a plus.
