Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or related field
• 7+ years of civil design and project management experience
• Professional Engineer licensure (or eligible to obtain shortly after start)
• Strong communication, organization and mentoring ability

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage civil engineering projects, defining scope, schedules, and budgets
• Support direct reports and maintain billable utilization
• Grow the firm’s engineering services by pursuing business opportunities
• Prepare proposals and retain and obtain clients
