We are seeking a CEI Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Orlando, FL.

How will you contribute to the team?
  • Responsible for administering and observing construction activities for major road and bridge projects, ensuring quality and compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Leads internal teams involved in observation, testing, sampling of construction materials, and documentation of work progress.
  • Manages financial aspects of construction office operations, including monitoring costs, approving funds, and coordinating accounting.
  • Reports on cost and quality control activities.
  • Coordinates ongoing construction monitoring with the client program manager.
  • Prepares and manages contract changes and supplemental agreements with clients.
  • Plans, coordinates, and solves problems on complex projects involving multiple disciplines and agencies.
  • Works with Business Unit leads to identify, pursue, and grow work in the Central Florida region, supporting the growth of the CM practice.
  • Manages CEI teams working with FDOT, CFX, local municipalities, and private clients.
What will you contribute?
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; graduate degree and management courses/MBA are a plus.
  • 15 years of experience in project production and professional activities, including 4 years in project management.
  • FDOT Advanced MOT certification.
  • P.E. license is required.
  • Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to lead complex construction engineering administration and inspection programs.
