Agropur seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead capital projects across multiple Wisconsin sites, including Appleton and surrounding areas. You will design, estimate, and oversee execution with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and budget.

You will collaborate with plant management and vendors, driving safety and compliance while optimizing processes and asset performance. A Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent is required, with dairy/food processing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in large capital project engineering and project management.
• Experience in dairy, food, or sanitary processes strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related degree/experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from scope, design, cost estimates to execution.
• Coordinate with plant management, corporate functions, and vendors to meet timelines and budget.
• Ensure safety, code compliance, and effective installation of new assets.
