Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred).
• Plant/Operations-driven Engineering with strong Root Cause Analysis/Problem Solving.
• 2-3 years of Plant Engineering experience in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Owns CAPEX project planning, justification, and execution across the plant.
• Drives equipment reliability programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Leads initiatives to reduce cycle times on production equipment through process and mechanical improvements.
• Manages the installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment.
• Provides direction and leadership consistent with company and business plan goals.
• Directs and drives the use of problem-solving methods for plant and equipment downtime issues.
• Responsible for improving process efficiency and plant layout through best practices, SOPs, and lean manufacturing.
