Job summary

TUSA TAKRAF USA Inc is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to oversee a team of structural and mechanical engineers and designers delivering bulk material handling solutions. You will direct project staffing, manage schedules, monitor budgets, and liaise with clients and vendors to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers, reviewing designs for compliance, and coordinating cross-disciplinary efforts with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of related experience in bulk material handling.
• Experience leading a team of engineers and designers.
• Proficiency with 2D & 3D CAD tools (AutoCAD required).

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of structural/mechanical engineers and designers to develop innovative, high-quality solutions.
• Identifies staffing requirements and coordinates staffing with managers.
• Oversees project personnel to specific phases or aspects of the project.
• Mentors junior engineers in practices and position requirements.
• Interfaces with customers to provide project status reports and ensure needs are met.
